Will I Lose Control?

No.

One of the most common misconceptions about hypnosis comes from stage performances and entertainment.

Clinical hypnotherapy is very different.

You cannot be made to do anything against your values, beliefs, or wishes. Throughout the session, you remain aware of your surroundings and are able to stop the process at any time.

Hypnotherapy is best understood as a collaborative process rather than something that is done to you.
